Meridian Automotive & Machine is a locally owned, full-service Automotive Machine shop located in Meridian, Idaho since 1993.

We are now interviewing for a qualified and experienced Automotive Machinist to join our growing team.

Our perfect candidate would be a team player with a reputation of exemplary automotive machining and great customer service. In addition, your positive attitude and ability to think quickly on your feet would be a significant asset to our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to work in a clean, reputable automotive machine shop.

You would be responsible for inspecting, machining, and assembling all types of cylinder heads, and automotive engines. This would include: boring, line boring, honing cylinders, surfacing, block surfacing, CNC Block work on Rottler F65, Serdi Machining center, and much more. Responsible for work order bids, keeping work area clean, organized and great work.

Job Requirements:

Ability to pass background check and drug test

Resourceful

Professional

5 years previous experience as an automotive machinist

Have own hand tools

Strong technical background including pc experience

Requires strong communication skills

Integrity

Accountable
