Construction Crew Leader wanted

We are seeking a long-term skilled Crew Leader to join our construction team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the activities of the construction crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Duties:

- Must be able to perform manual labor related to concrete flat work, concrete foundation footers and forms.

- Manage a crew of 4+ people

- Supervise and lead construction crew members on-site

- Capable of running a project independently.

- Must have experience pouring concrete with a pump truck

- Coordinate daily tasks and schedules for the crew

- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards

- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work quality and adherence to regulations

- Train new crew members on safety protocols and job responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and crew attendance

Experience:

- Previous experience in a construction leadership role

- Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour for the first 90 days

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shifts (5 days per week) or 10 hour shifts (4 days per week) or a mixture of both
