Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

o Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.

o Promote fire protection equipment services, including fire alarms, extinguishers, and sprinkler systems.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies.

Quoting and Proposal Generation:

o Provide accurate quotes and proposals to clients.

o Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

o Prepare bids and RFP packages as required.

Customer Service:

o Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

o Assist customers with product selection and specifications.

o Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Vendor Relations:

o Negotiate pricing and product availability with suppliers.

o Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.

o Participate in special vendor sales incentive programs.

Trade Shows and Networking:

o Attend industry trade shows and events.

o Interact with customers, vendors, and industry professionals.

o Stay informed about industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

Unwavering dedication to premier customer service and support.

Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

Knowledge of firefighting equipment preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in the firefighting industry.
