Insurance Agent Sales Position (salary + commissions + bonus, FT)
EST. 1st YR SALES COMPENSATION: $75,000+
Salary + sales commissions + quarterly/annual bonuses ($5k+) + promotions
Group medical/dental/vision with employer-subsidy (after 60 days)
Retirement Plan with 3% match (after 1 yr.)
12+ PTO days in 1st year
(Minimum compensation expectation is $70,000 with ability to make $90k+)

This position requires the ability to become NY-Insurance licensed. Sales/customer service experience preferred. Hands on training provided but candidates must have the necessary work-drive to learn and execute daily strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Meet minimum total sales goals per calendar month
Completing outbound calls and prospecting activities (calls/quotes)
Supporting customer service activities + processing policy change requests
Develop ongoing networking relationships (w/ Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc.)
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
