Pizza Maker wanted for southern Italian brick oven and kitchen

We are seeking a Pizza Maker to join our team!

This is a great opportunity to work alongside talented people and learn more about regional and traditional southern Italy.

We are doing things differently please come with an open mind.

Weekend availability needed to apply. Part time with Full time potential.

Entry to mid level, if you have a great attitude and are willing to learn we are willing to teach the right person.

Responsibilities:

Oversee week end pizza operations

Coordinate food and kitchenware orders

Check freshness and quality of ingredients

Assist in the development of menu items

Standardize recipes and pizza presentations

Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields

Passion for food and cooking techniques

Strong team player qualities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
