Construction Crew Lead

Job Summary

Erection Crew Supervisor/Foreman position available. Must have 3+ years of experience supervising, layout and erecting with a crane.

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintaining safety for a crew, supervising, reading and understanding blueprints, rigging, flagging cranes, welding and good communication skills. Must be a self-driven leader who is good at multitasking. Some travel.

Some of our customers are State and Local Governments. Due to these projects the following criteria is required:

1. Good Driving Record

2. Pre-employment Drug Screen

3. BCI/FBI Background Check

4. OSHA 30 Hour Certification

5. OSHA Crane and Rigging Certification

6. First Aid and CPR Certification

If you do not currently have any of these certifications, the classes will be provided to you.
