Location: Bend/Redmond, OR & Surrounding Areas

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Weekends Optional)

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage a pest control route day to day operations.

-Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections for pests.

-Communicate effective solutions for customer needs. One-time to continual maintenance.

-Provide estimates timely.

-Apply pesticides according to schedule, Safety procedures and Label instructions.

-Safe and efficient setting and removal of rodent traps, wasp, hornet, and bees’ nests.

-Maintain inventory of pesticides, and all supplies needed to perform daily duties.

-Continually build your knowledge of pest control inspection processes, procedures, and methods.

-Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly.

-Assist with generating new sales leads.

-Any other Pest Control Technician duties assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.

-Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.

-Ability to lift to 80 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.

-Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

-Self-motivated.

-Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.

-Pass a background check, drug screen and physical exam.
