VERY PART TIME

Need data entry for Quickbooks and some simple MS Office tasks.

5 hours per week very flexible with hours / days. The work may be done remotely after 6 months.

Training is at our home office - HOME OFFICE.

You need:

Ability to GET TO Parsons, Tennessee once per week for 5 hours of work. Once per month will be fine after training.

Competency in QB Desktop - QB Online would be a benefit! We are making the switch.

Basic knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping with ability to make General Ledger entries

Competency with Word

Basic understanding of Excel's simpler functions and ability to use them
