Food Service Helper

Freshwater School is looking for a motivated and positive individual to work as a Food Service Helper to assist and support the Food Services Director for the 2024-2025 school year.

The position is Part time: Wednesday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and it pays $17.95 - $19.61per hour, DOE.

The Food Service Helper will assist the Food Services Director with daily meal prep, service, and clean up.

Qualifications:

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school, preferably with some experience in quantity food preparation and service. Ability to multi-task and independently complete duties. Have or willing to get ServSafe certification at the expense of the District. Experience in food service/preparation preferred. DOJ Fingerprinting and TB Clearance must be obtained prior to employment.
