General clerical and reception duties for a multi-site church with campuses in

Corona, Riverside and Yucaipa. Proficient with MS Office, Google drive, Canva,

website and database maintenance. Facilitate and oversee vendors, subscriptions,

ordering supplies and communications. Prepares and distributes weekly Newsletter. Edits and uploads weekly sermon videos to various sites. Prepares monthly attendance reports. Prepares weekend worship materials including but not limited to bulletins and slideshows. Keep Riverside campus tidy and stocked for weekly activities. Collaborate with multiple pastors and staff and volunteers. Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. Maintain contracts

and scheduling with facility users. Continue to implement and create best practices. Maintain weekly, monthly and

annual calendars. Bachelor's degree and previous clerical experience preferred. Self-starter, excellent organizational and

communication skills a must. Background check must be completed prior to starting.
