Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful individual to fill the role of Office Manager/Personal Assistant. This is a critical position that will involve overseeing the daily administrative and operational tasks within our office while providing essential support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
-Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
-Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
-Implement and maintain filing systems and records.
Administrative Support:
-Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
-Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, tenants, and vendors.
-Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Personal Assistance:
-Provide personal assistance to senior management, including managing their schedules and travel arrangements.
-Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Property Management Support:
-Collaborate with property managers to ensure smooth property operations.
-Assist in the coordination of maintenance, repairs, and tenant communications.
Client and Tenant Relations:
-Maintain positive relationships with clients and tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in office management and administrative support.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
-A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
-Knowledge of property management or real estate is a plus, but not required.
