Hiring General Manager at a Pizza Store

Big Daddy's Pizza at West Colfax is hiring a General Manager with a minimum of one year experience as a manager in a food/beverage field.

Job Duties:

1. Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of an organization that serves food and beverages.

2. Attend to customers and taking in-restaurant and delivery orders.

3. Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records. Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service.

4. Perform some food preparation or service tasks, such as cooking, clearing tables, and serving food and drinks when necessary.

5. Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate employee performance in dining and lodging facilities.

6. Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety.

7. Assess staffing needs and recruit staff.

8. Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure

that expenditures are authorized and budgeted.
