Dental Assistant/front office- Entry level position

We are an established dental practice seeking an entry level back office assistant for our busy, growing practice. We are looking for a reliable, dependable mature and friendly individual to join our team, dental experience helpful but not necessary as we will provide the necessary training. This is a PT position (up to 32hrs/week) and may lead to FT.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

Detailed oriented & organized

Professional, reliable & accountable

Able to manage time & take direction

Quick learner

Able to multitask

Bilingual a plus

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assist doctors, breakdown & set up operatories, Sterilization, help maintain lab area, check in patient cases, help keep supplies stocked and organized, answer phones, take messages, help maintain cleanliness & appearance of office.
