Part time grounds and maintenance position available at Coach Light Manor Mobile home park in South Fort Myers.

Coach Light Manor is a 55 and older co-op community.

Skills required are basic plumbing and electric skills, plus minimal ground maintenance skills.

Driven for excellence with an eye for detail, self starting, and able to work with minimal supervision.

No lawn mowing required.

All tools and supplies are provided.

Pool maintenance certification a plus.
