Garden/Enhancement Care Crew Member

We love gardens and taking care of them is one of our specialties. The Garden Care Crew Member is passionate about flowers and shrubs and will work under our Garden Care Crew Leader and alongside other Enhancement Crew Members to properly cultivate, prune, coax, weed, and ensure that our clients’ flowering shrubs, perennials and annuals all are given the chance to express their full beauty.

In this role you would be pruning, planting, transplanting, mulching, edging, and more.

Qualifications:

·Knowledge and skills within landscaping, horticulture, fine gardening, irrigation, safe work practices, skilled with equipment and tools, and basic computer skills

·Basic pruning skills and plant knowledge

·Some installation experience

·Career minded individuals with a Passion for the Green industry and our Environment

·Willingness to learn more about enhancement services and the landscape industry

·Ability to build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members and customers

·Ability to operate power equipment safely and effectively
