Looking for Residential Freelance Drafter/Architect

Busy architecture office looking for a reliable, detailed oriented, and fast freelance drafter/architect to draft Construction Drawing sets of single family, wood framed residential structures. Candidate should be able to structure a house and/or addition and have a strong knowledge of wood framing. Experience with local Long Island Town and Village building departments and zoning codes is a plus +.

You will provide pricing/timeline and will work independently on your own computer/software at your own location.

We are looking for an ongoing reliable relationship with someone who is extremely organized and responsible.
