Hello! We are looking for a teacher to join our little school. This position is full time. Looking for someone who could enthusiastically step in and be an extra pair of hands during our busy, adventure filled days. We aim to work 4-10 hour days and have one day off per week.
Looking for someone who finds joy and wonder in guiding tiny humans. We are play and nature based. What is your reaction to a tiny toddler sitting in a puddle in the pouring rain? If you see the fundamental wonder and importance of these tiny moments this is the school for you!
Enrollment in the central background registry and a few introduction classes (safety set) are required under Oregon childcare laws along with CPR/first aid training.
We are flexible and open to anyone who thinks hanging out with a small group of infant-preschool aged kids could be a good fit for them. Experience with Reggio Emilia and RIE would be a plus. This job requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and a willingness to be outside at least once a day.
