Oral Surgery Assistant

Required:

Be reliable

Must be a highly motivated team player who is committed to exemplary patient care

Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred but not required:

Dental Assistant/Oral Surgery Assistant experience

X-ray certified

Experience of working on patients under IV sedationDuties:

The Oral Surgery Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Prepares patients for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, and going over post operative care with the patients

Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

Takes x-rays

If you are a great fit in our office you may also be responsible for:

Providing instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for access; suctioning; passing instruments.
