Carpet cleaning and water restoration company is looking for a highly motivated person to join our team. This position requires solid clerical skills and good communication. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Schedule

Data entry, filing, printing & scanning.

Invoice customers using Quickbooks

Dispatch technicians

Manage text line

Manage incoming/outgoing emails

Send Customer statements and reminders

Manage subcontractors

Skills Requested

Ability to use Microsoft Office - Word and Excel,

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask.

Written communication skills.

Past admin experience a plus.

Spanish speaking is a bonus but not necessary.

Quickbooks proficiency (can train)

Hours: Monday- Friday 9 am-5 pm
