Full-Time Production Cook Need

Busy, full-service corporate catering company looking for a full-time production cook

Job Responsibilities:

- Prep and prepare menu items as necessary

- Make sure inventory gets ordered as needed

- Keep work areas clean and organized

- Help with new menu ideas and process improvements

- Double check incoming product orders to make sure everything is received

- Possibility of occasional, seasonal weekend work (summer months and holidays mostly)

- Help manage your area of kitchen – make sure big or complex orders are getting done correctly

- Ensure proper food handling, storage and sanitation standards are always met

Be available for off-site catering jobs as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Organization – always keep your work station clean and tidy

- Ability to multi-task in the kitchen

- Prior kitchen/production cook experience preferred

- Professional appearance and presentation required
