Service Scheduling Coordinator

West Coast Plumbing is looking for a full-time scheduling coordinator for our service department! We are a large plumbing company located in Arlington that is in need of a hardworking, self-motivated person that takes pride in their position.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with homeowners and contractors to schedule service and warranty appointments

Communicate with technicians on the schedule

Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction of service performed by technicians

Utilize existing assistance tools and systems to consistently book appointments

Answer all calls professionally

Create invoices and email to customers

This is a full-time position with hours 7:00-4:00 M-F. Must have experience in a customer service setting. Knowledge and experience in plumbing preferred.
