We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, enthusiastic, self starting Kitchen Manager to join our team. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, ordering, scheduling, food cost analyses, menu planning, hiring and managing kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence, be able to communicate effectively with all staff & management. Be a self starter with a creative and enthusiastic approach to menu creation.

```Responsibilities```

- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including training and scheduling

- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are maintained

- Collaborate with owners and Kitchen staff to develop and update menus

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Coordinate catering events and manage the catering team

- Implement efficient kitchen processes to optimize productivity

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

```Experience```

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced food service environment

- Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and menu planning

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Experience in shift management and maintaining high-quality standards during peak periods

- Proficient in food preparation techniques and able to assist in cooking when necessary

- Previous experience in catering is a plus
