Team leader/helper

I am looking for a lady with leadership skills to lead a team of cleaners. Must speak spanish, bilingual. Responsibilities are as follows: Have a valid driver's license, must be legal to work in the United States, must provide a 3 year MVR(motor vehicle report), and have a Social Security card. Must be detailed in cleaning and must inspect each home after cleaning. Must be organized via the vehicle every morning before the shift and after shift. Must provide references. Also, communicate with customers and update customers on any defects in the home. Pay is from 14 to 16 an hour. After 1 yr 1 week vacation.
