Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, detail oriented individual to join our team.

We are a multi faceted Italian specialty food store with an emphasis in local, seasonal faire. We specialize in wood fired pizza, made to order focaccia sandwiches, and much more.

There are no super late nights but must have a flexible schedule.

Must have experience managing a small team, scheduling, ordering, production etc. This is a hands on position and an opportunity to put your mark on the rapidly growing Port Washington and surrounding areas food scene.
