Bartender Wanted

Backroads Pub & Grub is looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable bartender to join our team. We’re looking to fill Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday.

Both days and nights are available and Wednesday is a mid-shift.

Day shift hours: 9am-6pm

Mid-shift hours: 4pm-7pm

Night shift hours: 6pm-3am

Pay rate is 19/hour + tips

Requirements:

Have reliable transportation

OLCC permit & food handlers or be willing to obtain before starting

Previous bartending and/ or food service experience

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Knowledge of basic math for transactions

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work well alone AND as a team

Be willing to bartend, wait tables, and do lottery at the same time

Be on your feet for 10+ hours

Lottery experience is a plus but can be taught to the right person.
