some years of experience in this position

to work on sushi, sashimi & sushi rolls, with knowledge in serving Omakase an added advantage

knowledge in various kinds of raw fish, capability to filet and processing an added advantage

committed & able to work independently

SERVER

experience working in a Japanese restaurant a definitely advantage

good customer service
