```Duties```

-Respond to maintenance requests in commercial buildings. Install, Repair or replace mechanical equipment dock doors, commercial doors, dock leveler, trash/cardboard compactor, install rails, pipe bollards, etc.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing building systems and equipment.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure the safety and functionality of the building.

- Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems to minimize downtime and extend their lifespan.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Looking to hire on probationary period. Initial period of part time 2-4 weeks and full time offer made at the end of the period.

Retention/performance bonus of $5,000 offered
