Restoration Cleaning Technician

As a Restoration Technician, you will help restore properties affected by water, mold, and odor. We do a little of everything (demolition, cleaning, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.) We offer competitive pay and the opportunity to grow with the company. Candidates must be able to provide outstanding customer service and be able to work efficiently independently as well as with a team! No restoration experience required, all training will be provided. However, those with junk removal, pest control, and cleaning experience, all make great candidates! Part-time to start with goal to make full-time.

Duties will include but not limited to the following:

-Operate various equipment to clean and dry out building structures

-Perform demolition/deconstruction using various hand and power tools

-Clean, sanitize, and disinfect material using various chemicals and techniques

-Clean and maintain equipment and vehicles

-Be able to lift 50 lbs

Candidate requirements:

-must have a valid drivers license and vehicle to travel to warehouse or job site

-must have a reliable phone to be reached at

-must live in or near service area
