Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Lead will be responsible for spearheading all marketing activities and driving sales efforts to generate leads and close deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can manage and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms and effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, particularly in the telecommunications and video surveillance industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
2. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for web, social media, print, and other promotional materials.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
4. Website Management: Ensure the company website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
5. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
6. Event Planning: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Sales Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
2. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, including insights on market trends and competitive landscape.
5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or extensive work experience.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B sales and marketing role, preferably in telecommunications or video surveillance industries.
