Qualifications
2+ years of Public / Private Accounting experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
K-1 experience
Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Perform monthly bank reconciliations for Investment LLCs and Trust accounts
Prepare capital calls, distributions, and wires as needed
Prepare donation checks from nonprofits
Maintain Member/Partner Capital Account allocations and IRR calculations
Assist accountant with numerous household payrolls as needed
Oversee various ad hoc projects
- MUST have compatible work experience
- MUST have prior experience with businesses or a private family
- MUST have references
- MUST dress appropriately
