Are you a self-starter with a knack for solving problems and a passion for keeping things in top shape? We’re looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our self-managed team in the heart of Lakewood, Ohio!

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance and general upkeep of our 7-story condominium building.

- Handle light plumbing and electrical repairs.

- Conduct painting and general handyman tasks.

- Maintain the building’s pool (experience is a plus).

- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and effective service when the board determines that a vendor is necessary.

- Communicate effectively with our residents and team members.

- Be available for building emergencies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in building maintenance.

- Light plumbing and electrical skills.

- General handyman abilities.

- Pool maintenance experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Outgoing and friendly demeanor.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

- Must have your own tools.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
