We're on the hunt for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team and fuel our marketing fire. You'll wear many hats in this role, becoming the creative engine behind captivating social media campaigns, engaging email newsletters, and blog posts that leave readers hungry for more.

Your work will be a blend of the following:

Social Media Mastermind:

Craft & schedule engaging content for our clients across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)

Manage community engagement, responding to comments & messages with wit & charm.

Analyze data & reports to optimize social media strategy for maximum impact.

Manage influencer relationships hired for client project's

Stay ahead of the curve, adapting to new trends & algorithms.

Email Newsletter Whisperer:

Write & design visually appealing email newsletters for clients that capture attention & drive results.

Manage subscriber lists.

Track email performance & refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Content Creation Connoisseur:

Develop engaging blog posts, articles, & other content for our clients and agency.

Conduct competitive research & gather information to fuel your writing.

Optimize content for SEO & maximum visibility.

And a bit more to grow and keep things interesting!

Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, from graphic design to simple website updates.

Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure brand consistency & campaign success.

Maintain a positive & proactive attitude, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing and/or email marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing best practices.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Creative and analytical mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

Enthusiasm for social media and the latest marketing trends.

Ability to shoot video with an iPhone and edit for use on social media.
