Oil Change Manager

This is a SALARIED position dependent on applicant’s experience and the store assigned to the applicant if an offer is extended.

Additional compensation:

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years Manager experience in the Quick Lube or Automotive-Related industry with these specific skills:

-High degree of professionalism, discipline and integrity.

-Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to prepare and adhere to a budgeted labor schedule.

-Ability to order, monitor and control inventory.

-Strong mechanical aptitude.

-Excellent customer service.

-Consistently maintain an above average ticket and teach your sales knowledge to others.

-Leadership skills.

-Positive attitude.

-Hiring/firing/training employees

-Maintaining a safe work environment

-Consistently achieving or exceeding budgeted average ticket/car count goals

-Controlling expenses

-Facility cleanliness and maintenance

-Protection and security of company assets

-Resolving customer warranties and concerns, etc.
