SKILLED CONSTRUCTION WORKER - HANDYMAN

We are a local Design/Remodeling company looking for a Skilled Tradesman/Construction Worker with multiple talents. We are looking for a person who wants to be part of a small team, who takes pride in their work. We are willing to further train and coach the right individual in those areas where they do not excel yet.

Hang New Doors, Refinish, Patch, Repair & Install Hardware

Drywall: Patch, Hang New Sheets, Tape, Mud, Skim & Texture

Tile repairs

Framing

Painting: Interior

Plumbing: Set Toilets & Install New Fixtures

Electrical: Install Outlets, Switches & New Fixtures

REQUIREMENTS:

You MUST

Have your own Dependable Vehicle to get to the Job Site

Have basic tools

Be able to Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Be Punctual

Be Drug Free

Have the ability to Work Independently or as Part of a Crew

Be a Clear Communicator

Perform each assigned task Neatly & Efficiently

Clean and neat appearance

Possess an Excellent Work Ethic
