Chico: Resident Manager: Prior rental experience!

Established Chico Property Management business seeks Resident Manager

Team of 2 people or 1 strong candidate considered!

Onsite Managers unit includes 2 bed 1 bath unit + separate onsite Managers office!

Duties and responsibilities include:

Daily picking-up and inspecting of grounds/laundry room, parking lot, lights

2 hours of onsite office hours (Monday thru Friday)

Office includes computer for work and on-the-job training and handbook training

Process applications, field communications and handle sensitive information

Managers are required to keep the apartment phone with them and monitor calls at all hours and handle emergency calls or complaints as they arise, with guidance from their supervisor

Drug screen and background check required

Vehicle with good DMV and Insurance
