Work quickly, be clean (Both personal and work areas), must have a passion for food, must have a good attitude about working, must be able to carry at least 50 lbs 50 ft, must be able to stand on your feet your entire shift, must be able to work within a team, must be able to refrain from engaging in drama, must be able to work under pressure, and must be able to focus for long periods of time

Sushi trainees must have basic knife skills and cooking skills

You need to have some knowledge and experience cooking

Also, trainees need to be able to fulfill of all the requirements stated above

Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required)
