Flat Roof Labor Rockstars Needed
We are looking for hard-working, reliable people with a great attitude. Come work with us on our flat roof crew. We are working on some incredible properties in the Yellowstone Club this year. If you take pride in your work, want to work outdoors, work well with others, and are willing to own your work then we may be a great fit! If you have the attitude of we need to get this work done with quality and efficiency, then we want you!
The work is done outdoors. It can be hot, cold, or both on the same day. We generally work four days a week Monday through Thursday. Occasionally, Friday may be worked to hit a deadline or if we had to take a weather day earlier in the week.
Flat roofing experience is not required. We will train the person with the right attitude and commitment. Our work is almost exclusively flat roof work. This means that the surfaces are nearly flat and there are guard rails around our work surfaces in most instances. It is far less dangerous than traditional roofing where you are on a sloped pitch doing the work every day.

For full and part time roles, the first 90 days of employment are a trial basis to make sure you like the work, work well with the crew, and are a good team player.
$1,000 hire-on bonus if you become a regular part of the crew after 90 days as a full-time worker, $500 if you stay on as a part-time laborer. We are not in the business of hiring you for 90 days and getting rid of you. We want to pay out this bonus because we found the right team members to join our team!

Must be able to get to our shop location for work each day. Our crews are paid travel time from our warehouse to the job site and back. Our crews ride in our company-provided vehicles to job sites and back each day.
Contractor crews can apply, but must carry your own current worker's comp and liability insurance policies.
