ADMIN/TITLE ASSOCIATE

Looking for experience Bilingual Title Associate with the previous experience in Auto Industry

An immediate opening for an Associate at our dealership in South Hackensack, NJ 07606. Candidate must be accurate and methodical in handling and processing paperwork in an organized fashion, as well as capable of managing their own time efficiently. This is a full time position.

The responsibilities of this position include:

-Maintain the internal sheet for sales and titles.

- Titling and registering of all sold vehicles (NJ DMV and out of state deals through DMV State Agencies)

- Maintaining assigned schedules (Motor vehicle and Out of State)

- Weekly Outstanding title reconciliation

- Answering phones

- Filing paperwork, misc. office tasks or projects as assigned
