Nitehawk Cinema Seeking Assistant Bar Manager

Nitehawk Cinema is an independent movie house bringing a popular and selective approach to film, food, and drinks. We are currently looking for an experienced, professional assistant bar manager. We are passionate about film, cocktails, food, beer, wine and generally whatever we do, and are interested in individuals that would share our passions.

This position would be focused on managing bar operations, staff development and floor management. This is a full-time position paid hourly with the availability of a salaried position to the right candidate.

At least 4 years of beverage management experience.

Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and craft cocktails (classic and contemporary)

A positive professional attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain a high standard of customer service while working in a fast-paced, physically and mentally strenuous position.
