Groundskeeper/Maintenance

Looking for a groundskeeper/maintenance.

Duties include but are not limited to: Keeping the grounds clean, tree trimming, work orders, cleanouts, make mobile homes ready for move-in, ETC

Must have own work vehicle and basic tools.

Some experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience is a PLUS!
