Position: Healthy Food & Smoothie Bar Manager

Location: Fortitude Fitness, Salmon Creek WA

Description:

Are you passionate about healthy living and food? Do you have experience in food service, particularly in a food cart or restaurant setting, and a background in fitness? We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage, prepare, and sell a menu of healthy, fitness-inspired food products, protein, and health smoothies from the restaurant/bar area in our gym.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the food and smoothie bar.

Prepare and sell a variety of healthy food items and smoothies.

Create a welcoming and engaging environment for gym members.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Build a strong customer base, starting with our existing 800 gym members.

Requirements:

Experience in food service, especially in food carts or restaurants, is a must.

Strong knowledge of health and fitness nutrition.

Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to grow the business.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Supportive salary for the first 3 months.

We will also fund the marketing and improvements to the space, which we will work with you to finalize.
