Skilled building handyman

Part time skilled handyman Morningside Presbyterian Church.

Morningside Presbyterian Church in Fullerton, California is seeking an experienced part time handyman . This position offers approx 10 hours/week

and is located at our east Fullerton church campus, consisting of several buildings on site which also includes our weekday Childrens Center .

Our facility is an active church campus which is utilized every day of the week. We are looking for a skilled, dedicated individual who can maintain our buildings and grounds, and supervise our janitorial worker(s).

Duties include building maintenance (doors/windows/locks); periodic checks of the roof, gutters, and AC units; light electrical and plumbing jobs, and grounds and parking lot maintenance as needed (fences, signage, lighting, trash, painting). Safety and security are top priorities, requiring regular checks of fire extinguishers, refrigerator and freezer equipment, and security equipment as well as ordering janitorial and other building supplies as needed. Communications with cleaning staff, with the Children's Center and skills to interact with outside contractors are also required
