Part Time / Full Time position

Job Description:

As a customer service/office Admin, you will be the first point of contact.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Taking phone sales orders.

Processing cash sales.

Answering leads generated from inquiries, referrals and repeat clients.

Assisting with administrative tasks such as processing payables, payroll entry, filing, make copies/scanning, balance daily cash sales.

Providing general support to the office and sales teams.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Some experience in QuickBooks.

Previous accounting or retail experience is good.
