Field Install Technician - Part-time

You will work closely with our customers to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our designated field locations on a part-time schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful implementation of our products and systems, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Install and configure Honeywell products and systems at customer sites Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the installation process Collaborate with customers to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction Document and report any issues or concerns to the Field Service Manager Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures during installationsYOU MUST HAVE High school diploma or equivalent Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environmentWE VALUE Associate's degree in a technical field Previous experience in field installation or technical support Customer-focused mindset Attention to detail and accuracyHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
