Patient Access Specialist

Description Robert Half is sourcing for a Patient Access Specialist to support a large healthcare company in Northeast Portland. The ideal candidates will ideally have previous experience with healthcare administration, although not required.How you will make an impact:

Providing top-notch service to patients, physicians, and insurance companies

Verifying insurance

Scheduling appointments

Entering patient demographic information into EHR system

Requirements

Customer service experience

Multi-line phone experience

Scheduling experience

High attention to detail

Strong organization skills

Excellent communication and social skills

Exceptional keyboarding and computer skills

Microsoft Office proficiency
