Versatile Independent Contractor Immediate Work

I am seeking 1 or 2 persons to help build out a few office spaces & manage misc jobs on several other properties.

Job # 1 will last 2 to 3 months, part time / full time available & preferred.

South Pompano Bch based w/ Properties in Broward County

Looking for someone with the following skills:

Knowledge on how to operate power tools

Knowledge in materials used for the particular job

Remodeling

Framing

Drywall

Stucco

Fencing

Minor Roof Repair & Patching

Concrete repair

Painting

Other qualifications helpful

Detailed orientated

On Time

Transportation a must
