Moving Sales Customer Service

Attention Top Customer Service Representatives:

Our Established Moving Broker is looking to add an experienced representative to our customer support team:

- This is an office position (not remote)

Located in Lauderdale by the Sea

- This is a Long Term position (we are not a seasonal company)

- At least 1.5 years minimum prior experience in the moving industry with Granot software

- Experience in handling and resolving escalated issues (on site issues, delivery disputes, etc.)

- Pickup and Delivery ETA confirmation calls

- General customer service

- Verification Calls

- Ability to stay calm, focused and positive under pressure

- Ability to multi-task and stay organized, while maintaining attention to detail

- Team player with great attitude that is always willing to help

- Any miscellaneous tasks that our company needs assistance on

- Compensation: based on experience and schedule
