Line Cook - Centennial Crafted Beer & Eatery

Centennial Crafted Beer + Eatery is a craft beer bar / restaurant in River North, featuring a food menu that complements our passion for beer.

We are seeking a motivated Line Cook who is a strong team player, and wants to play an important role in providing our guests with great food and the overall success of the restaurant. Opportunity for growth based on performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years as a line cook in a high volume restaurant

- Able to work nights and weekends

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a sense of urgency

- Able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shift

- Good attitude and team player

- Reliable

- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures

- Food Handler certification
