As the Lead HVAC Install Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing HVAC installation projects, including residential system replacements and new installations. You will ensure that all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute residential HVAC installation projects, including system replacements and new installations.
Supervise and mentor installation team members, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
Perform system start-ups and operational checks to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly.
Regularly communicate with office and warehouse as needed
Collect payments from customers and route to the office
Communicate effectively with customers, providing them with information and answering questions about their HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
Manage project timelines, resources, and materials to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
