SIR GROUT Lead Technician - Tile, Stone, Flooring, Grout, Maintenance

SIR GROUT IS HIRING (Greater Atlanta, GA)

Sir Grout Atlanta is growing and we are looking for TWO strong candidates to become Lead Technicians for our restoration business. The Lead Technician is responsible for floor, shower and other hard surface restoration work in homes and businesses and ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied with the service performed. The candidate must be exceptional in dealing with customers and meticulous with their work. This is not an office position; you will be working in homes and businesses.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE SHOULD HAVE:

- A "customer first" attitude and an ability to interact professionally with customers

- 3-years experience working on floors, showers and other hard surfaces

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Must be meticulous and organized

- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision

- A clean driver's license, reliable work ethic, honest, trustworthy and on time. Especially on time!

- Available weekdays, some Saturdays & evenings (Saturdays & evenings are infrequent)

- Have a safe place to park and store a company vehicle

- A working cell phone and personal computer with Internet and a color printer

- Previous tile installation, construction background and sales experience all a major PLUS

ANNUAL COMPENSATION

- Commission based salary: $45,000+ annually

- Sales commission: as high as $5,000+ (based on individual performance)

- Bonus: Annually awarded and based on company and individual performance

- 401K savings program - includes company matching contributions

POSITION LOGISTICS

- Location: Greater Atlanta covering primarily Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Dekalb and Forsyth counties

- Environment: Mostly inside homes/residential (90%) and businesses (10%)

- Vehicle: A company vehicle may be provided after a trial period - approx 1-3 months

- Equipment: Provided by Sir Grout

- Materials: Provided by Sir Grout
